No Limit On Renewal Terms
We don't know why anyone would buy a franchise where they don't have a right to keep operating the business after they've built it for years. This isn't right and we will NEVER limit the number of renewal terms.
90 Day Out Clause
"The Man" often locks you into a 5- or 10-year Franchise Agreement, requiring you to pay minimum fees even if a medical condition or other situation prevents you from working. We believe this is unfair, which is why we include a 90-Day Out Clause in all our agreements
Franchisees Right to Purchase
Our goal is to keep the brands we run out of "The Mans" hands. While no one can guarantee a business won't change hands, we will give our franchisees the option, as a community, the right to acquire the brand if there is a transaction.
